Warranty Policy upon initial arrival of product:
All orders are guaranteed to arrive without breakage. If upon delivery the sign does not light, please contact our Customer Service Department (firstname.lastname@example.org

Pictures may be required in certain instances in order to determine the extent of damage and the action that will be taken by Everything Neon.
You are agreeing that should your sign need repair during the warranty period that Everything Neon will provide the required units that need to be replaced. You will be the responsible party for making the necessary repairs.
Due to the nature of the product, there are no returns or exchanges on Neon products.

All signs are packed so that they should arrive to you in perfect condition. Each sign is packed in an inner box and the neon is surrounded by foam. The inner box is then placed in an outer box with more foam to cushion any motion during shipping. If you see that any of the boxes have been damaged please let us know immediately.
