All signs are packed very carefully so that they should arrive to you in perfect condition.

Handcrafted neon flex checked twice before it is packed, to make sure all tubes are appropriately attached to its base.

Your custom made neon sign is then cautiously covered with BUBBLE WRAP, which will act as an insulator against impacts.

After being wrapped, the sign placed in a corrugated box with all accessories(Hanging chains, Dimmer, Standoff bolts, Transformer and Cord) arranged precisely in it.

Can I pay extra for a Rush Order? Yes, we can rush custom made signs to your doorstep as minimum as 3 days. Please inquire lead time for your personalized sign. Usually, rush order lead time depends on the size of the sign and the shipping address. We work very hard to ensure all Rush Orders are shipped on time or earlier, from the designing process to manufacturing and shipping. This is true teamwork from every department.
Can I keep them on all day & night? And if so, will it affect longevity? You can keep them on 24/7 without affecting the longevity of the sign. In fact, we recommend keeping the sign ON 24/7 to your service.
Can I return/exchange my neon sign order? No, all sales are final. Due to the delicacy and custom made to order sign, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Do you repair damaged signs? We can only repair signs that are originally made by Everything Neon. In some cases, you will be sent replacement parts for your sign and will be responsible for making the repairs yourself. This is why we request you to please save the boxes in which you received the sign, so you can use the same box to ship the sign back. The sign sent without its original packing for repair by the customer would not be accepted under warranty.
