Our Ordering Process is very detailed and we put a lot of effort into making sure you get the exact sign that you want. If the sign you receive does not exactly meet your expectations, please notify us at cs@everythingneon.com within 48 hours of receipt and we will do our best to assist you.

These signs are very fragile and delicate, wand while we put a lot of extra effort into Packaging, it might happen that the sign arrives broken. In the event you are the unlucky recipient of a broken sign, please immediately contact us at cs@everythingneon.com to report this to our Customer service team. We need to know about any broken signs within 48 hours of receipt, so it is very important that you inspect your product and contact us immediately.

WARRANTY POLICY
No refunds/no exchanges/all sales are final. Everything Neon will not accept neon signs for warranty/services unless packed in Everything Neon approved original packaging. End user should save original packing material for the duration of the warranty incase service becomes necessary. The replacement box cost is $60-$80.

Breakage not reported within 24 hours will result in all replacement units that need to be sent, will be at the expense of the customer.

Pictures may be required in certain instances in order to determine the extent of damage and the action that will be taken by Everything Neon.

You are agreeing that should your sign need repair during the warranty period that Everything Neon will provide the required units that need to be replaced. You will be the responsible party for making the necessary repairs.

Neon and LED Signs Made in USA
Warranty Policy upon initial arrival of product: All orders are guaranteed to arrive without breakage. If upon delivery (and following the instructions for testing) the product does not light, please contact our Customer Service Department (cs@everythingneon.com) within 48 hours. Pictures may be required in order to determine the extent of damage and the action that will be taken by Everything Neon. Typically a damage call tag will be issued with UPS/FedEx for the pickup and return of the product for repair or replacement. UPS will pick up (within 72 hours) the damaged product for inspection and return the item to our factory. Please allow 8-10 business days to return the repaired sign.

All custom signs made in the USA carry a 1 (one) year warranty from the date of purchase. Customer is responsible for contacting our Customer Service Department (cs@everythingneon.com) providing photos of the issue and shipping the product back to our factory upon approval. The customer will bear the cost of shipping one way, back to our factory for repairs. The warranty is based on the product being returned for evaluation in the original box. Product not returned in its original packaging will null & void the original warranty. In that case, all shipping fees and any repair charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or improper maintenance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Please allow 8-10 business days for the return of your repaired product.

Note: We only give 3 months warranty for Purple and white LED light. Because those lights get dim very easily.

OVERSIZED Neon and LED Signs Made in USA
Warranty Policy upon initial arrival of product: All orders are guaranteed to arrive without breakage. Please inspect the sign upon delivery in front of the delivery person. You must get the drivers signature if there is any visible damage to your sign upon delivery. If upon delivery (and following the instructions for testing) the product does not light, please contact our Customer Service Department (cs@everythingneon.com) within 48 hours. Pictures may be required in order to determine the extent of damage and the action that will be taken by Everything Neon. Since we cannot recall these oversized signs we will need to send replacement parts and the customer will be responsible for following our instructions and making the necessary repairs.

Freight Shipments (within USA)
Please inspect every sign immediately when delivered via freight/truck. If any sign is damaged, please ask the driver to sign on the bill of delivery how many signs are damaged. This will help us resolve your sign problems. Thank you for your cooperation.

Please DO NOT ask the driver to operate the liftgate or inside delivery service. These services cost an extra, which are not included in your invoice. If you wish to have liftgate or inside delivery service, please notify us immediately or we will have to charge back to you.

UPS/FedEx Address Correction Fees
In the event UPS/FedEx is charging us additional fees on address correction, we will rebill your order/invoice/credit card.

Signs from China

All programmable LED signs shall be warranted and guaranteed free from any defect in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase with the exception of default or damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or improper maintenance.

In the event the sign requires maintenance - Everything Neon will provide the required parts and customers are responsible for replacing them and transportation from the factory/warehouse to customer.

Gas Price Changer signs
Warranty Policy upon initial arrival of product: All orders are guaranteed to arrive without breakage. If upon delivery (and following the instructions for testing) the product does not light, please contact our Customer Service Department (cs@everythingneon.com) within 48 hours.

All gas price changer signs shall be warranted and guaranteed free from any defect in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase with the exception of default or damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or improper maintenance.

In the event the sign requires maintenance - Everything Neon will provide the required parts and customers are responsible for replacing them and transportation from the factory/warehouse to customer.

Stock Clocks, Picture Frames and Sculptures
All orders are guaranteed to arrive without breakage. If upon delivery (and following the instructions for testing) the product does not light, please contact Customer Service (cs@everythingneon.com) within 48 hours. Please keep all original packaging for the duration of the warranty.

Manufacturers Limited Warranty: All Stock Clocks, Picture Frames and Sculptures carry a six (6) month warranty from date of purchase. We will repair these neon products with new or rebuilt parts, free of charge, in the U.S.A. for 6 months from the date of original purchase in the event of a defect in materials or workmanship. Product must be shipped back for repair in original packing. Shipping charges for all returns fall into the responsibility of the customer. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship which occur during normal use. It does not cover damage which occurs in result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, modification, or commercial use of the product, or damage that is attributable to acts of God. All shipping breakage must be reported within 48 hours. You must contact our customer service department (cs@everythingneon.com) to report any warranty issues. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Please allow 8-10 days for the return of your repaired product.

Custom Clocks

About Customs, Duties & Taxes
When ordering from Everything Neon, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
