All signs are packed so that they should arrive to you in perfect condition. Each sign is packed in an inner box and the neon is surrounded by foam. The inner box is then placed in an outer box with more foam to cushion any motion during shipping. If you see that any of the boxes have been damaged please let us know immediately.

Everything starts with designing 2d vector design, which is paper printed to guide artisans to bend every curve with perfection. Glass tubes are first heated at high temperature and molded immediately in appropriate shape. For tubes to glow, low-pressure inert gases are filled into tubes and mounted on an acrylic backing. Every neon glass sign verified with the Q.C. list twice to make sure you receive a quality product.
